The National Physician and Family Referral Project invites you to be a part of our national outreach for numbers or DIVERSITY AWARENESS OUTREACH where in 2007, we will partner with dozens of African American events and celebrations reaching over 15 million ethnic minorities face to face. NO MARKETING, PUBLIC RELATIONS OR ADVERTISING AGENCY CAN MAKE THAT CLAIM!
In addition, we conduct short customized surveys to determine knowledge of your company’s product, attitude, likelihood to buy or participate in future surveys or clinical trials. Take it one step further. If you want, we’ll bring back a database of African Americans and ethnic minorities who agree to be contacted (for more information or to receive coupons from your company).
African Americans and those of African and Caribbean descent are virtually an untapped natural resource for product surveys and clinical trials. Nearly 70% of African Americans are NOT on the Internet. Direct mail is iffy, at best and the telephone is unreliable since Katrina with transition and expensive telemarketing costs. Most ethnic minority databases and surveys come from “other-interests” directed sources or obtained from purchases with consumer queries, sold by insurance or other service companies. You’re getting pure, raw data that is priceless!
The opportunity to learn what this audience knows about YOUR company or product, if they have heard of or purchased, and what they think about current and “to be launched” products is vital to the success of any company. And, any untapped resource that adds more Good Will and recognition to a company could make the difference in their competitive edge.
One of the features of our 2007 DIVERSITY AWARENESS OUTREACH will be the first-time Health Fair of the National Baptist Convention. This 100-year old faith-based organization consists of thousands of churches nation-wide, with over 15 million members (article attached).
The 2007 National Baptist Congress is expected to draw over 90,000 people (60,000 in 2006), and our company is one of two who can officially offer exhibit space at the event.
We offer three outreach for numbers programs:
- Standard DIVERSITY AWARENESS OUTREACH for three, five or seven events (including the National Baptist Convention & Congress) Here you will get our generic 3-question survey about your company or product. No data collection. Surveys analyzed and charted.
- Customized client outreach for three events. We work with you to develop a short survey (from our template) to be used for a specific product or outcome. Data collection. Surveys analyzed and charted
- Customized client survey and mini focus groups for three – five events. Here, we develop strategy to bring from 2 – 8 people together at our station (at the event), and query them about products, clinical trials for five events. NOTE: Questionnaires must be short and some gift or reward for taking time must be provided. Data Collection and Surveys analyzed and charted.
All reports include pictures of event and participants
